Because of the made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns. We provide detailed sizing charts, precise measurements, and clear fabric descriptions on every product page to ensure our customers can make informed purchasing decisions and avoid any misunderstandings. It is the customer’s responsibility to review this information carefully before placing an order. This No Return Policy is enforced in conjunction with our No Refund Policy, which further outlines the rare exceptions under which a refund may be considered (such as damage during transit or a verified production error). Together, these policies are designed to maintain fairness and consistency while honoring the integrity of our custom work.

Because of the custom nature of our products and the clarity we provide before purchase, we do not offer refunds under normal circumstances. We encourage customers to review all sizing and material details carefully before placing an order. However, in rare or exceptional situations—such as if a product arrives damaged, is significantly different from what was ordered, or there is a verified production error—we will evaluate the case individually and work to find a fair resolution. Please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your situation qualifies for review.
